ZENNZ works with trusted third-party courier and shipping partners. While we aim for timely dispatch, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Courier pickup backlogs

  • Flight restrictions (Express orders)

  • Regional logistics issues

📩 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered email, SMS, or WhatsApp updates (where applicable).

If tracking details are not received:

Please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.


📦 Multiple Product Orders / Partial Shipments

For orders containing multiple items:

  • Products may be shipped together or separately depending on stock availability, warehouse location, or operational efficiency

  • Partial shipments do not affect the validity of your order


⚠️ COD Verification & Order Confirmation

To maintain secure deliveries, certain Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification via:

  • Call

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp confirmation

Unverified orders may be delayed or canceled for security reasons.


❗ Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

ZENNZ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Delivery refusal

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

Important:

Additional shipping or reattempt charges may apply in such cases.


🔄 RTO (Return to Origin) / Reattempt Policy

If an order is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refused delivery

  • Incorrect details

ZENNZ may:

  • Charge reshipping fees

  • Deduct shipping charges from refunds

  • Restrict future COD eligibility


📦 Delivered but Not Received

In the rare event that tracking reflects “Delivered” but the package is not received:

Please:

  • Check with family members

  • Neighbors

  • Security/reception desk

Report within:

48 hours of delivery status update

Investigation Timeline:

Up to 10 working days

Resolution:

After successful verification with the courier partner, eligible resolutions (replacement/refund) will be processed.

Important:

Claims reported after 48 hours may be difficult to investigate.
